Yes. Beach Auto & Transmission Repair has a secure key drop box at 5564 Virginia Beach Blvd that you can use any time, including evenings, Sundays, and holidays. Put your key in one of the envelopes at the box, write your name and phone number on it, and drop it in. The box is on the brick wall next to the entrance of the front building, Beach Auto Sales.

Fill out the drop-off form on this page so we know what problem you are having. Your vehicle stays in our fenced lot, we inspect it first thing on the next business day, and we call you with an estimate before any work begins. There is no fee for after-hours drop-off. Prefer a set time instead? Book an appointment.

Where to Drop Off Your Key

The key drop box is located at the front sales building (Beach Auto Sales). The repair shop lobby is in the building directly behind it (both are under the same management).

Step 1: Find the Building

Look for the Beach Auto Sales sign on the front building facing Virginia Beach Blvd. This is where the key drop box is located.

Step 2: Drop Your Key

The black drop box is mounted on the brick wall, right next to the front entrance door. Place your key in an envelope with your name & signature.

Note: Beach Auto Sales (front building) and Beach Auto & Transmission Repair (building behind it) are brother companies under the same management. Drop your key at the front building's drop box, and our repair team will retrieve it first thing in the morning.

We contact you first thing on the next business day with an initial assessment and an estimated timeline. If you dropped off on Saturday evening, that means Monday morning, since we are closed Sunday.
