An online appointment reserves an intake time for your vehicle. It is not a guarantee that a repair will be started or completed at a specific time. Repair timing depends on diagnosis, parts availability, shop workload, and the work you approve.

Online estimates, including any automated or AI-assisted answers, are preliminary. They are based on the information you provide and general pricing knowledge, and they may not match the actual condition of your vehicle.

Actual work and pricing are determined by an in-person diagnosis and a written estimate that you review and approve before work begins.

We do not perform repairs without your authorization. After diagnosis, we present an estimate and wait for your approval before starting work. If additional issues are found during a repair, we will contact you for approval before performing additional work.

Warranty coverage for a repair follows the applicable written repair order and the warranty terms that apply to that repair. You can read our current warranty information on our warranty page. Nothing on this website expands or changes the coverage stated in your written repair order.

Our website includes an automated assistant (Wrench) that can answer general questions and help you start a service request. The assistant has important limits:

• Its answers are preliminary and may be incomplete or incorrect.
• It cannot determine whether your vehicle is safe to drive. If you have a safety concern, stop driving and call us or a towing service.
• It cannot authorize repairs or approve pricing on your behalf or on ours.
• It is not a substitute for speaking with our staff. You can always reach a person at (757) 600-2095 during business hours.

When you submit a form or book an appointment, we use the contact details you provide to respond to your request and to send service-related communications about your vehicle and appointment. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to marketing messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Virginia or federal consumer protection law. These terms do not impose cancellation fees, storage fees, arbitration requirements, or liability waivers beyond what the law allows and what is stated in your written repair order.
