Automotive Service Writer / Service Advisor
Be the voice of the shop. Greet customers, build accurate estimates, coordinate the workflow and keep everyone informed from drop-off to pickup.

What you will do
- Greet customers, listen carefully and write clear, complete repair orders
- Build accurate estimates and review recommendations without pressure or upselling
- Communicate status updates by phone, text and email throughout the day
- Coordinate parts ordering, scheduling and technician workflow
- Follow up after service and resolve concerns promptly
- Keep the front counter, waiting area and records organized
What we are looking for
- Previous service advisor, service writer or automotive counter experience preferred
- Working understanding of vehicle systems and common repairs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with shop management software and digital inspections
- Organized under pressure with excellent follow-through
- Valid driver license and a clean driving record
